We are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Lawyer to join a well-regarded local authority in the southwest region.
The role will include:
- Advising and assisting the council's Housing Service in all aspects of Housing and Homelessness law
- Conducting cases in the County Court and the Magistrates Court and can also involve High Court case work
- Managing more junior members of the team
This position can offer mainly remote working aside from attendance at court. Some adhoc attendance in the office for team away days would be welcomed although not essential.
