Summary: Seeking a Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to provide technical leadership and support across multiple PolicyCenter modules and integrations. The role requires deep expertise in Guidewire and a strong background in software development, focusing on resolving complex issues and leading technical projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive improvements in processes and design. A strong emphasis is placed on adherence to development standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and resolve complex PolicyCenter issues.
• Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Lead technical projects, guide teams, and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Research and recommend new tools/technologies.
• Drive improvements in processes, design, and test coverage.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of IT experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Guidewire Suite, with 3+ years in PolicyCenter.
• Strong Java, Spring, SQL, JSON/XML, REST, Git, Jenkins, Oracle, and Gosu experience.
• Guidewire Certified Ace preferred.
• Familiarity with P&C insurance (Non-Standard Auto preferred).
• Experience with cloud development, Agile/Waterfall, and technical documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
