We are actively seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Developer with 10+ years of experience in contact center technologies, specializing in Genesys Cloud IVR development and AWS integration. The ideal candidate is a certified Genesys Cloud professional with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing IVR solutions, AI-driven voice bots, and cloud contact center architectures. Key Responsibilities:
