About the Role
Our firm is partnering with a Fortune 50 retail leader to identify a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who will support a large enterprise application portfolio within their indirect planning engineering organization. This team owns and modernizes a broad set of production applications that power critical business capabilities across one of the largest retail supply chain and merchandising operations in the country.
The environment is built on a modern, event-driven architecture composed of a significant number of Java and Kotlin Spring Boot microservices, along with React-based micro front-end applications. The ideal candidate will be able to ramp up quickly, operate effectively within a complex enterprise codebase, and contribute confidently across both backend and frontend layers.
This opportunity is well suited for an engineer who enjoys working in large-scale systems, improving existing applications, and helping strengthen security, maintainability, performance, and delivery practices in a fast-moving retail technology environment.
