Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or another analytical/technical discipline is preferred.
- 5–7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong experience developing applications using AWS cloud services.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AWS Serverless applications.
- Strong experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, and SQS.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience building and maintaining software applications in highly scalable environments.
- Experience with automated testing, including E2E browser and API integration testing.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and production support.
Preferred Skills
- AWS Certification at the Associate level or higher.
- Experience with chaos engineering / chaos testing.
- Experience developing automated test-data generation tools.
- Experience with telemetry, observability, monitoring, and application/data integrity solutions.
- Experience supporting CI/CD and automated testing environments.
- Ability to contribute across development, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Experience with modern JavaScript libraries, frameworks, and development tools.
- Strong understanding of scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant cloud application design.
