We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to help build and enhance modern digital platforms that support customer engagement, personalized experiences, and business growth. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a full-time position based on business needs and individual performance.
What You'll Work On: As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to initiatives that:
- Deliver personalized digital experiences based on user behavior and preferences.
- Develop AI-powered tools and intelligent user interactions.
- Improve customer engagement and conversion experiences across digital channels.
- Modernize web platforms and applications using contemporary frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Build scalable solutions that enhance user journeys and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain software applications and services.
Gather and analyze business and system requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Design and develop enhancements for large-scale software systems.
Create detailed technical specifications, documentation, and test plans.
Develop new functionality using modern web technologies and engineering best practices.
Modify and enhance existing applications while maintaining code quality and performance standards.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Support software deployment, release management, and production implementations.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and post-implementation validation.
Resolve software defects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
5 to 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong foundation in computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Experience designing and developing large-scale software systems.
Experience supporting both modern and legacy production environments.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with unit testing and software quality practices.
