Summary: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Stripe payments, subscription billing, and ledger reconciliation to join our fintech team. The candidate should be proficient in Django and Domain-Driven Design, capable of managing critical reconciliation tasks independently. Experience with card issuing workflows and mobile payment technologies is advantageous. The role involves building systems that impact financial product operations directly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute ledger reconciliation processes, including syncing Lithic, CFSB, and Checkout invoices against internal ledgers.
- Implement per-user lifetime value (LTV) tracking and risk metrics within the ledger system.
- Complete Sardine integration by developing penalty box rules for fraud signals such as burst card creation and auto-debit disablement.
- Finalize and rollout the deposit attribution feature including dashboard views and client UI behind a feature flag.
- Provide engineering support for Magnitude physical card delivery ahead of critical early June milestones.
- Prepare clear handoff documentation to support smooth knowledge transfer for upcoming team transitions.
