We are seeking a senior full-stack developer to join our team as a secondary contributor and help accelerate the next phase of enhancements for our Capture Proposal Platform. In this role, the developer will play a key part in implementing advanced database encryption, initiating the integration process with Salesforce, and building next generation reporting and dashboard features.

Key Enhancement Areas:
Implement and document PostgreSQL database encryption as a foundational security step.
Begin the process of integrating Salesforce, including requirements gathering, architecture planning, and initial API connections.
Design and develop new reporting and dashboard features to deliver actionable insights for Capture Managers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the primary developer (Tyler) to implement PostgreSQL database encryption, including field-level encryption for sensitive data, and provide comprehensive documentation and proof of encryption for compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and the internal teams to define integration goals and data mapping for Salesforce connectivity.
Develop and prototype reporting and dashboard solutions, applying best practices in data visualization and user experience.
Build flexible reporting functionality with customizable filters, data exports, and automated report generation.
Participate in agile ceremonies, collaborative discovery/planning, provide technical documentation, and engage in ongoing code reviews and knowledge sharing.
