I'm supporting a consultancy delivering digital services into the UK public sector and we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the team on a contract basis.
This is a hands-on senior role working across the full software development lifecycle. You'll design, build, and maintain robust full stack applications within AWS, contributing to architectural decisions and ensuring solutions meet government standards for security, accessibility, and performance. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering colleagues in an agile delivery environment.
Essential Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Java (Kotlin)
Backend development - Node.js
Front-end - TypeScript
Cloud AWS
Database design and management using PostgreSQL
Proven experience delivering within UK government or public sector environments
Eligibility for SC clearance
Senior-level experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
