Summary: The Senior Front End Developer role focuses on leading the development of a Blazor-based web platform for a Global Insurance broker. This position involves building high-performance UI components and ensuring seamless integration with Back End systems. The role is contract-based for six months and is classified as outside IR35, allowing for remote work within the UK. The developer will collaborate closely with a small team of senior developers to enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of the Blazor-based Front End for the quote journey and purchase flow.
  • Build pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UI components.
  • Work closely with Back End developers to integrate with APIs, pricing engines, and Acturis.
  • Ensure the site is fast, secure, and optimised for a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and delivery decisions in a small, senior squad.

  • Expert-level Blazor Front End development skills.
  • Strong UI/UX sensibility, able to translate wireframes into engaging user interfaces.
  • Solid .NET (C#) experience for integration and component logic.

Contract | 6 months | Remote | Outside IR35

We're helping a Global Insurance broker launch a greenfield quote-and-buy web platform, and we need a team of Senior Blazor Front End specialist to bring the customer journey to life.

You'll be shaping and building the interactive, high-performance UI that sits at the heart of the project, while collaborating with the team to ensure smooth integration into pricing, policy admin, and Back End systems.

The Role

  • Lead development of the Blazor-based Front End for the quote journey and purchase flow.
