Key Responsibilities:
- Create a strategy to align usability and user experience over all services, building foundation and Component libraries for Frontends.
- Deliver high-quality user interfaces by implementing responsive, accessible, and performant UI components using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, TypeScript).
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate business requirements and user needs into elegant technical solutions.
- Set coding standards and mentor less experienced engineers through code reviews, best practices, and hands-on support.
- Make informed decisions about tooling, frameworks, and performance optimisation to ensure scalable, maintainable code.
- Proactively identify bugs, performance issues, and usability challenges, delivering timely fixes and enhancements.
- Operate with a high degree of independence, managing priorities and delivery timelines in a contract capacity.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives as part of a high-performing, cross-functional team.
- Help refine user journeys and advocate for design consistency, usability, and customer satisfaction.

- 5+ years of experience with React, NextJS, and Tailwind.
