Senior Finance Regulatory Manager - Remote Role

The Role

Reed Finance is working with a growing and well-established financial services organisation, in their search for an experienced Senior Finance Regulatory Manager to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a predominantly remote role offering the opportunity to play a key part in strengthening financial control, regulatory reporting, and finance process improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and overseeing UK regulatory returns, including MiFID and RMAR reporting.
• Reviewing and enhancing regulatory reporting models, controls, and documentation.
• Supporting ICARA-related analysis, capital and liquidity reporting.
• Assisting with management accounts, cash flow forecasting, and VAT returns.
• Driving process improvements and strengthening reporting controls.
• Working closely with Finance, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Coaching colleagues and improving regulatory reporting knowledge across the finance function.

To be successful, you will be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experienced in financial control and management accounting within a regulated financial services environment.
• Knowledgeable in UK regulatory reporting requirements, including MiFID and RMAR returns.
• Highly proficient in Excel, with strong modelling and spreadsheet review capabilities.
• Comfortable communicating complex regulatory and financial matters to a range of stakeholders.
• Experienced in improving processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
