Summary: The Senior EPM Consultant role involves leading Oracle EPM solutions through their full lifecycle, providing strategic guidance on EPM Cloud products, and collaborating with finance teams to implement effective solutions. The position requires extensive experience in Oracle EPM Cloud suite products and a strong background in the IT/consulting industry. The consultant will also be responsible for testing, training, and ensuring deliverables meet acceptance criteria. This is a long-term contract position with remote working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, DM, ePBCS, EDMCS) solutions through full cycle - requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
  • Expert in gathering business and functional requirements to set the direction of solution delivery aligned to business goals
  • Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the finance teams, in the implementation of Oracle EPM solutions
  • Incorporate best practices in planning and building planning applications for business rules, loading data to set up planning scenarios.
  • Lead Testing and Training activities with the finance user group
  • Establish milestones, delivery dates, and review deliverables to ensure they meet finance team's acceptance criteria.

Key Skills:

  • 15+ years professional experience in the IT / consulting industry
  • 12+ years focused on EPM
  • Experience with the functional and operational aspects of Oracle EPM Cloud (SaaS) suite products: application design, development of various application artifacts such as forms and rules, testing, troubleshooting (working in conjunction with Oracle Support as needed), pre- and post-implementation activities
  • Experience integrating EPM with other systems using Data Management, adaptors, etc.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in the following modules:
  • EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Data Management, DRM
  • Knowledge of EPM Automate; scripting a plus (Batch, VBScript, Python, and/or PowerShell)
  • Qualified candidates must have a degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
  • At least one active cloud certification
  • 6+ years of Financial Planning, Reporting and/or Analysis
  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Products and Solutions (FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS) at least 2 of these solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
