Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • As an Electrical Engineer in our Advanced Manufacturing group, you ll contribute to projects that enable the heart of our clients successful data center facilities engineering, design and construction.
  • In this role, you will have the chance to work on projects including engineering and design of data centers and other mission-critical facilities. This position is location flexible in the U.S.
  • You ll provide design work, contribute to team technical collaboration, perform quality reviews of design packages, and assist directly with other portions of the design process.
  • You may also interact directly with the client, owner, and contractors to assist construction on site.
  • You and the other members of your electrical design team will work closely with the broader multi-discipline team in a fast paced, dynamic, collaborative environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents.
  • Your responsibilities will include engineering and design for data center facility power distribution systems, UPS, emergency systems, grounding, lighting, and low voltage communications systems in complex industrial facilities.
  • Design may also include retrofit of existing building systems to accommodate our clients continually evolving requirements.
  • Additional responsibilities may include the management of quality, scope, budget and schedule.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 6 year experience in engineering design of medium and low voltage distribution systems, building electrical systems, and campus-style power distribution including conveyance
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with industrial facility design
