Summary: This role offers an exciting opportunity for a freelance UX/UI Designer to support UN/COMMON's expansion into the Middle East and APAC regions. The designer will collaborate with project managers, developers, and strategists to create high-converting eCommerce user journeys for leading brands. Initially remote, the position may transition to a full-time role in Dubai within 6-9 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of Delivery, developers, and strategists to deliver world-class digital experiences.
  • Conduct UX design audits to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop user personas and define customer journeys to inform digital strategy.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX/UI concepts for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms.
  • Support the design and execution of email templates, digital assets, and campaign materials as needed.
  • Craft documentation and deliver design systems to developers and other team members.
  • Present design concepts and solutions that inspire internal teams and clients alike.
  • Lead and participate in design sprints, ensuring efficiency and measurable outcomes.
  • Apply best practices in UX/UI design to bridge business objectives with user goals, ensuring conversion-driven experiences.
  • Proactively bring fresh perspectives and contribute to UN/COMMON's creative process.
