Summary: The Senior Due Diligence Analyst at ClearBank will play a crucial role in the Operations team, focusing on onboarding and ongoing due diligence for clients. This position requires a deep understanding of UK and EU AML regulations, as well as the ability to assess financial crime systems and controls. Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a proficient understanding of UK and EU AML requirements and due diligence procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review, analyze, and assess client Financial Crime Systems and Controls frameworks to identify deficiencies and mitigate associated risks.
• Conduct client MLRO interviews, deep dive into client business models, identify downstream risks, and apply targeted Enhanced Due Diligence where appropriate.
• Present investigation findings succinctly to Senior Stakeholders, relaying key information on risks and mitigating actions for leadership approval.
• Build, maintain, and drive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Identify areas of process improvements and suggest valuable insights for Optimisation and Product Teams.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as required by management.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in a financial crime role, particularly in fintech, correspondent banking, MSBs, PSPs, Gambling Industry, or virtual asset businesses.
