Summary: The role is for a Senior Documentum Developer with extensive experience in the Life Sciences sector, specifically requiring over 10 years of recent development and production support experience with Documentum version 16 or above. The position involves supporting the upgrade of LSQM from version 16.4 to 23.4 and requires expertise in various Documentum tools and technologies. The role is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support upgrade of LSQM from version 16.4 to 23.4.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Documentum software as a systems administrator.
  • Monitor Documentum services, log files, and troubleshoot issues on UNIX & Windows platforms.
  • Utilize Documentum Query Language, APIs, Foundation Classes, and Business Object Framework.
  • Work with validated systems (CFR 9 Part 11) and possess Pharma experience.
  • Ensure effective system sizing and infrastructure elements based on architecture requirements.
  • Configure EMC Documentum D2-Client and D2-Config, including installation and customization.
  • Understand requirements and design specifications according to business needs.
  • Utilize tools like Documentum Composer, DAR Installer, Business Process Manager, and Documentum Administrator.
  • Proficient in DQL/SQL, API, CTS, xPlore configurations, tomcat, JBoss/WildFly, SQL Server, scripting, and web services (REST/WSDL).
  • Install and configure Documentum product suite software including content server, repository, xPlore, and CTS.
  • Manage code version control tools such as GitHub.
  • Deploy changes, releases, system upgrades, and apply patches and hotfixes.
  • Experience with deployment automation, cloud platforms, and load testing is a plus.
  • Lead production MIM calls and assist in troubleshooting issues.

Experience working on recent LSQM upgrade projects

Experience as a systems administrator installing, configuring, and maintaining Documentum software.

Experience working in UNIX & Windows platform, monitoring Documentum services, log files and Troubleshooting

Expertise in Documentum Query Language, APIs, Foundation Classes, Business Object Framework

Knowledge working with Validated systems (CFR 9 Part 11) / Pharma experience is a must
