Summary: The Senior Digital Analyst role involves extracting and analyzing data to provide actionable insights aimed at enhancing user experience and conversion rates. The position requires strong collaboration with various stakeholders, including Product Owners and Developers, and demands proficiency in SQL and analytics tools like Adobe and Google Analytics. The role is primarily remote with a focus on digital transformation projects and client onboarding processes. The contract is initially for two months with potential extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, extract, and analyse data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations to improve user experience and conversion.
  • Work closely with web developers, mobile developers, and software engineers to understand data sets, tracking requirements, and technical implementations.
  • Ensure analytics requirements are embedded into new digital journeys and platforms from the outset.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards that clearly communicate performance, user behaviour, and drop-off points.
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, presenting insights, progress updates, and recommendations.
  • Support development teams by feeding insights into product backlogs and delivery plans.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with proven experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Engineering teams.
  • Strong SQL experience (essential).

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong communication skills with proven experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Web Fresh – Client Digital Transformation
  • Support the refresh of the client login experience, including look, feel, and navigation.
  • Ensure the new web experience closely mirrors the mobile app in both design and usability.
  • Work with teams transitioning away from legacy technology to a modernised codebase.
  • Ensure all existing analytics and insights are replicated in the new platform, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics such as journey starts, completions, drop-off rates, and behavioural insights.
  • New Client Onboarding (Web & Mobile)
  • Ensure analytics tracking for new client onboarding journeys is accurate, consistent, and enhanced across platforms.
  • Support the expansion of client onboarding from web-only to include mobile app capability.
  • Build and refine dashboards to measure onboarding performance, conversion, and user behaviour.
  • Provide insights to support improved customer experience and broader client acquisition.
