Job Role: Senior DevOps & Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Artifact & Security Management
- Manage and scale enterprise-grade JFrog Artifactory clusters.
- Configure JFrog X-Ray to automate security scanning and license compliance.
- Build automated vulnerability remediation workflows within the CI/CD pipeline.
- Engineering Productivity & Metrics
- Implement and maintain data pipelines using tools like Jellyfish or Apache DevLake.
- Track, analyze, and improve DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, MTTR, Change Failure Rate).
- Provide actionable insights to leadership to eliminate engineering bottlenecks.
- GitHub & Software Templates
- Architecture enterprise GitHub organization structures, branch policies, and access controls.
- Build reusable GitHub Actions workflows and custom software development templates.
- Standardize boilerplate code to accelerate onboarding for full-stack applications.
- Ecosystem Integration & Feature Flagging
- Connect GitHub, Jira, and ServiceNow to create seamless, automated change-management workflows.
- Implement and champion progressive delivery using LaunchDarkly for feature flagging.
- Enable developer self-service capabilities for infrastructure and application provisioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- DevOps & Security: 4+ years of deep technical experience with JFrog Enterprise and X-Ray.
- Value Stream Management: Proven experience building DORA metrics dashboards via Jellyfish, DevLake, or similar business intelligence tools.
- GitHub Ecosystem: Advanced knowledge of GitHub Enterprise, environment management, and complex CI/CD pipeline creation.
- Full-Stack Development Context: Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture to better support front-end and back-end engineering teams.
- Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience writing scripts or using webhooks to link toolchains (GitHub API, Jira Cloud, ServiceNow ITSM).
- Feature Management: Experience with runtime configuration or decoupling deployments from releases using LaunchDarkly.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in mature Scrum/Kanban environments with a strong focus on continuous iterative improvement.
