Key Responsibilities:
- Support systems management functions such as performance and capacity management, system configuration, and release management.
- Coordinate implementation of system changes with functional teams and maintain the production calendar.
- Manage configuration item promotion, build, and deployment across environments.
- Prepare builds for production release and support production releases.
- Monitor system security and investigate security incidents.
- Provide problem resolution support for systems and server issues.
- Assist in the development and improvement of operations plans, processes, and standards.

Key Skills:
