Summary: The Senior DevOps Engineer role involves providing technical support and leadership in developing technology solutions tailored to customer business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and leadership in technology solution delivery.
- Utilize Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, and AWS in project execution.
- Automate application deployment and configuration management.
- Implement Continuous Integration solutions.
- Monitor and log application performance using tools like ELK and Prometheus/Grafana.
- Ensure security considerations are integrated into web application deployment.
- Manage AWS resources effectively, including EC2, EKS, RDS, and Aurora.
Key Skills:
- DevOps expertise.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, and AWS.
- Experience with automation/configuration management tools (RedHat, Puppet, Chef, Ansible).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) technologies.
- Strong Linux Sysadmin skills.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker & Kubernetes).
- Understanding of internet communication concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
- Experience in deploying Continuous Integration solutions.
- Strong AWS knowledge, including networking and cost management.
