Summary: The Senior DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructures for a tech company focused on innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for SaaS products.
- Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery.
- Manage networking, security groups, and VPC configurations for secure communication.
- Design and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
- Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for orchestration and scalability.
- Optimize resource allocation and cost management in Kubernetes environments.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems for performance monitoring.
- Design and maintain centralized logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with Developers and QA Engineers to optimize application performance and integrate automated testing.
- Communicate infrastructure changes and incident reports to stakeholders.
- Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and scaling.
- Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes for faster delivery cycles.
- Advocate for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and DevOps culture.
- Proactively manage incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Make strategic decisions regarding cloud infrastructure architecture.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructures.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure solutions for SaaS products.
- Skilled in CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance using tools like GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Serverless.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
