Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Healthcare Frontend Toolkit and Design System to build accessible, user-focused interfaces.
- Develop back-end services primarily in Python, while supporting existing systems in Java and .NET.
- Maintain and enhance legacy services using Oracle SQL PL.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using AWS, Azure, SQL Server, Postgres, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Follow Test Driven Development (TDD) practices - write automated tests before coding.
- Ensure open working practices with transparent codebases, documentation, design histories, and roadmaps.
Key Skills:
- NHS experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and .NET.
- Experience with Oracle SQL PL.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tools (AWS, Azure, SQL Server, Postgres, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD).
