Right now, we're looking for a Senior .NET Developer to help us accelerate improvements to one of our flagship EdTech products— Tracker , a powerful suite used across the UK education system for pupil assessment and progress tracking.

The Role This is an 8–12 week contract where you’ll be hands-on with delivering real improvements to tools used by thousands of teachers. You’ll work closely with a talented, cross-functional team, and your work will directly enhance outcomes for educators and learners.

As a Backend Specialist, You’ll Be

• Writing clean, efficient, well-tested code in .NET
• Optimising databases and improving performance
• Contributing ideas and technical insight from day one
• Collaborating with designers, testers, and product managers
• Helping us push out fast, meaningful releases

You’ll Need To Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer (C#, .NET Core)
• Strong skills in SQL and database optimisation
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
• Great communication skills—you’ll be part of a remote-first team
• Passion for building tech that does good in the world
