Summary: We are seeking a Senior Developer with extensive experience in Amazon Connect and AWS Marketplace solutions to create scalable customer interaction platforms for banking applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance Amazon Connect contact center solutions for banking customers.
- Implement Assisted Channels (voice, chat, callbacks) using Amazon Connect.
- Integrate Amazon Lex for conversational AI capabilities (IVR, chatbots, self-service).
- Develop backend services using Java and Python for customer workflows and business logic.
- Build and maintain React-based web interfaces for agent and customer-facing applications.
