Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Delivery Manager / Technical Delivery Lead to drive enterprise AI, automation, AIOps, and infrastructure initiatives. This hands-on role will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, manage technical delivery, remove roadblocks, and provide executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of AI/AIOps, infrastructure automation, and self-healing solutions.
- Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Drive DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, and observability standards across cloud environments.
- Work with Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, Google Cloud Platform/Vertex AI, and cloud automation technologies.
- Oversee performance testing, data validation, ETL, and Snowflake-related initiatives.
- Lead ITSM/ITIL workflows, vulnerability remediation, and security automation.
- Identify roadblocks and provide clear status, risk, and delivery updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years leading complex technical projects, programs, infrastructure, or software delivery.
- Strong experience with DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, cloud automation, and observability.
- Experience delivering AI/ML, AIOps, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, or similar monitoring platforms.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
