Summary: Whitebridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Delivery Lead to oversee a TUPE process related to managed IT services. The role requires extensive experience in IT delivery, particularly in service transition and outsourcing. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders and manage organizational change during the transition. This position is remote with occasional office visits and is umbrella-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the TUPE process related to managed IT services.
- Oversee transitions including people transfer between supplier and retained organization.
- Engage with stakeholders regarding TUPE laws and processes.
- Implement organizational change management and transformation.
- Coordinate people transfer (insource/outsource) activities.
- Collaborate with HR functions.
- Deliver project management and reporting.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of IT delivery experience, ideally with service transition or outsource backgrounds.
- Experience in managing transitions including people transfer.
- Understanding of TUPE laws and processes.
- Experience in organizational change management and transformation.
- Experience of people transfer (insource/outsource).
- Experience of working with HR functions.
- Experience in project management delivery and reporting.
