Summary: The Senior Data Analyst - Data Migration role is a contract position focused on supporting a critical data migration project within the financial services sector. The position requires extensive experience in data analysis and migration, particularly with US-based data. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment with established data models. The contract is for three months and primarily remote, with occasional travel to London or Southampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing US data and business processes in preparation for migration
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to validate, cleanse and map data
- Map US field-level data (Excel) to Intacct and ensure alignment with the Fenergo data model
- Identify and resolve data duplication and conflicts, maintaining a clear audit trail
- Document and recommend data governance improvements, including field-level controls
- Work within an established ETL and project governance framework
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in complex data migration projects
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a project team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive approach with strong analytical thinking
- Solid Financial Services background - Fenergo and/or Intacct experience desirable
