Summary: The Senior Decision/Data Scientist role is a contract position focused on overseeing the design, development, and delivery of a multi-channel customer communication strategy using Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing. The successful candidate will lead a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor less experienced colleagues while ensuring effective decision-making capabilities. This fully remote role requires candidates to be based in the UK and is initially set for a duration of six months. The position is classified as inside IR35 with a day rate of approximately £600.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of a multi-channel customer contact communication strategy.
• Lead a team responsible for designing and building effective market-leading customer journeys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategies for delivering decisioning capabilities.
• Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing or equivalent decisioning capability.
• Good understanding of Adobe Web Analytics toolset.
