Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain canonical data models (conceptual & logical) for customer, entity, identity, permissioning, mandates, credentials, subscriptions, and eligibility.

  • Publish interface and event contracts for identity and permission data exchanges that enable access control.
  • Develop a cluster-wide dependency map showing data flows and hotspots across ECRM, CCaaS, IHT, SDEC, and related programmes.
  • Operate cluster-level design reviews and guidance in support of existing governance mechanisms, including adherence to existing data quality and audit standards.

My client is a global IT consultancy. They are looking for a Senior Data Architect with experience working on government programmes.

Scope
Create and maintain canonical data models (conceptual & logical) for customer, entity, identity, permissioning, mandates, credentials, subscriptions, and eligibility.
Define and enforce migration guardrails to ensure identity, mandate, and permission continuity during system transitions.
Publish interface and event contracts for identity and permission data exchanges that enable access control.
Develop a cluster-wide dependency map showing data flows and hotspots (areas of high complexity risk or dependency concentration) across ECRM, CCaaS, IHT, SDEC, and related programmes.
Operate cluster-level design reviews and guidance in support of existing governance mechanisms, including adherence to existing data quality and audit standards.
