Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business requests to determine feasibility and recommend solutions for software development or enhancements.
- Assist with interpreting customer requirements into conceptual and logical design specifications.
- Gather, interpret, review, validate, document, and maintain business and functional requirements across the client's data environment.
- Use SQL queries to perform gap/risk analysis and functional testing to support client products.
- Provide support and troubleshoot the team’s applications and products.
- Develop interfaces and prototypes, recommend changes to meet requirements, and document application/services issues.
- Provide instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments.
- Involved in data mapping for data management tasks such as migration, integration, transformation, and warehousing.
- Research and present information in response to questions related to business standards.
- Participate in testing, identifying potential problems, and researching opportunities to minimize complexity.
- Investigate, interpret, collaborate, understand, and document application/service functionality from the business perspective.
- Acknowledge and interpret business goals, objectives, and report improvements through system enhancements and process improvements.
- Demonstrate strong personal ownership, accountability, relationship management, team building, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Skills:
- 3 plus years of related experience.
- 3 plus years of SQL experience.
- Experience in data mapping and data validation.
- Experience working with Agile methodology or KANBAN.
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio 2010.
- Basic knowledge of JIRA/Confluence or another Project Tracking System.
- Familiarity with regression testing, release testing, and/or troubleshooting system issues.
- Experience complying with data security standards and working with client-wide systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document system design information and processes.

Job Description:
- As a Senior Software Analyst on the Cloud Data Engineering team, candidate will be responsible for evaluating business requests to determine feasibility, identifying options, and recommending solutions for software development or enhancements.
- Candidate will assist with interpreting customer requirements into conceptual and logical design specifications.
- Candidate will play a role in shaping product design by gathering, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining business and functional requirements across client s data environment to support product development.
