Key Responsibilities:
- 15 + years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related roles.
- Experience building reports and analyses in BI/visualization software - Tableau.
- Experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics is a must with know-how of common data-sets like IQVIA, Symphony.
- Experience with data modeling tool DBT.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala.
- Experience in design and review of new solution concepts and leading the delivery of high-impact analytics solutions and programs for global clients.
- Experience using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools to create dashboards and report insights.
- Experience working with Finance, HR, and IT teams to support data-related needs.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
- Experience with data warehousing, data lake, and lakehouse architectures.
- Extensive experience implementing data modeling principles.
- Experience in the complete life cycle of data warehouse projects, including functional/technical design, coding, testing deploying to production, and monitoring.
