Role Description
The Senior Data Analyst will work in a contract, remote capacity and will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across Richkid Digital Media Company.
Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from various digital platforms, building dashboards and reports, and identifying trends that inform content strategy and business decisions.
The role involves designing and validating analytical models, performing statistical analyses, and presenting findings in a concise, accessible format for both technical and non-technical audiences.
The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to define key performance metrics, support forecasting, and recommend data-backed optimizations.
This position also contributes to improving data processes, documentation, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Statistics for hypothesis testing, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Experience with Data Modeling to design, structure, and optimize data for reporting and analysis.
- Effective Communication skills to present data findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python or R, Excel) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Background in digital media, marketing analytics, or a related data-focused domain is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
