Summary: The Senior Data Analyst will support the team in generating HEDIS quality metrics and reporting data to payers while assisting in the migration to a new value-based care platform. This role requires expertise in clinical quality data and measures, ensuring accurate data validation in the new system. The analyst will also maintain processes for integrating claims and clinical data to produce quality metrics. The position is fully remote and offers an 18-month contract duration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinically-based HEDIS metrics.
- Maintain processes that ingest and integrate claims and clinical data to produce quality metrics and associated care gaps.
- Support the submission of clinical data to respective payers.
Key Skills:
- Experience working with clinical data and quality measure calculations.
- Experience with QA testing, including the creation and execution of data-focused test cases.
- Strong understanding of HEDIS measures and how claims and clinical data inform those measures.
- Knowledge of healthcare data formats and standards (e.g., HL7, ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, SNOMED).
- Ability to work well within a cross-departmental team.
- Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical colleagues.
- AWS Redshift experience preferred.

Our client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support the team responsible for generating HEDIS quality metrics/care gaps and reporting data to respective payers.
Client has an existing platform for managing and reporting clinical quality metrics and are beginning the process of migrating to a new value-based care platform. This role will also support the enterprise in the implementation of a new value-based care platform including serving as the subject matter expert around clinical quality data/measures and being able to validate the data reported in the new platform.
Contract Duration: 18 Months
