Summary: We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our analytics team, focusing on extracting insights from data to support decision-making. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, executing complex data analysis projects, and developing data visualizations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of statistical methods and tools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and challenges.
  • Design and execute complex data analysis projects, utilizing statistical methods and data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) to extract valuable insights.
  • Clean, transform, and prepare data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to automate data collection and analysis processes (Preferred).
  • Develop and present compelling data visualizations (charts, dashboards) using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to uncover actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and document data analysis methodologies and best practices for future reference.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure smooth data integration and infrastructure support.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve data-driven processes within the organization.
  • Mentor and guide junior data analysts within the team (Preferred).

  • 6+ years of demonstrably successful experience as a Data Analyst or a related role.
