Key Responsibilities
Work as a senior functional consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementations.
Lead and support Finance workstreams covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Budgeting.
Conduct business requirements gathering, process analysis, and Fit-Gap analysis.
Prepare and review Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and translate business requirements into D365 F&O solutions.
Perform hands-on functional configuration of D365 Finance modules.
Support UAT, data validation, cutover, go-live, and post-production activities.
Work directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.
Participate in workshops and provide functional recommendations based on D365 best practices.
Support integrations and coordination across Finance and related SCM processes as needed.
Be available for client travel when required.
Required Experience
10+ years of ERP/Dynamics experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance.
Multiple full-cycle/end-to-end D365 implementations.
Strong Finance functional and configuration experience.
Experience leading Finance workstreams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
