Summary: The Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Power Platform Consultant will lead the upgrade, governance, and troubleshooting of the Power Platform Center of Excellence toolkit, focusing on AI administration and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance. This role requires strong experience with Power Platform tools, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, and Canvas apps, and emphasizes collaboration and innovation. The position is fully remote and based in the United States. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
  • Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
  • Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Administrator to lead the upgrade, governance, and troubleshooting of our Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit. This role will be equally focused on AI administration and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, as well as Dynamics 365 CRM management and enhancement. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across Power Platform tools, including Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Canvas apps, and D365 CRM, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.
