Summary: The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting information systems and applications to identify errors and deficiencies, while also leading teams in resolving escalated support issues. This role involves providing technical expertise across business functions, assessing emerging technologies, and making recommendations that influence long-term technology strategies. The analyst will work closely with service providers to ensure technical solutions align with enterprise strategies and serve as a consultant for project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots existing information systems, applications, middleware, or networks to identify errors or deficiencies.
- Leads teams responsible for resolving support issues escalated by senior operations or service provider personnel.
- Provides technical expertise to manage vulnerabilities and improve business processes via new technologies.
- Researches and analyzes technologies, assesses emerging technologies, and recommends new products or tools.
- Influences long-term technology strategy and planning for multiple business units.
- Works with service providers to ensure technical solutions align with enterprise business strategy.
- Serves as a consultant and escalation point for issues, providing technical consultation to project managers.
- Designs innovative solutions using new technologies and recommends short-term alternatives when appropriate.
- Provides support for Sr. Principal Technologist's representation at industry forums.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience or 10+ years of relevant work experience in a subject matter expert capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience utilizing the ITIL Framework for Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management.
- Relevant Engineering Certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, CCNP (or equivalent).

Provides support for Sr. Principal Technologist's representation at relevant industry forums.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another related field plus 6+ years of experience or 10+ years of relevant work experience in a subject matter expert capacity required to satisfy education and experience requirements.
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, work well with others in an integrated team environment, and be self-motivated
Must possess working experience utilizing the ITIL Framework for Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, computer science, or another related field plus 8+ years of experience
Certification in ITIL, MCSE, CCNP (or equivalent)
