Summary: The role of Senior Commercial Counsel involves providing legal support in a high workflow environment for an international services business. This fully remote position requires expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in technology and intellectual property. The successful candidate will collaborate with various business teams and report directly to the General Counsel. A strong background in commercial law with at least 7 years of PQE is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts relating to platforms, IP licences, T&Cs, SLAs, partnerships, and representative contracts
• Managing a significant volume of technology-related agreements
• Collaborating closely with teams across the business including procurement, marketing and sales

Key Skills:

• At least 7 years’ PQE
• Excellent academic qualifications
• Minimum five years post-qualification experience at a nationally-recognised law firm
• Extensive experience in commercial contracts drafting
• Experience in IP and privacy is advantageous
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
