Summary: The Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer will focus on ensuring the operational stability, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud-hosted data infrastructures. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and support scalable Data Engineering and Data Science infrastructure using cloud services.
- Troubleshoot issues related to AI/ML pipelines, cloud networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Set up and manage observability solutions for data and platform services.
- Collaborate with ML Engineers to build and support experimentation platforms and associated tools.
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and integration.
- Maintain system compliance with regulatory controls.
- Advocate, train, and provide technical support on new AI/ML technologies.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three years of experience building production-level ML platforms and infrastructure.
- Experience with graph databases and building data models.
- Ability to write high-quality code in a programming language like Python.
- Understanding of ML models and principles, including large language models.
- Proficiency with containerization technologies and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support as scheduled.
- Availability for overnight travel up to 10% and flexible work hours.
