Summary: Seeking a Senior Copado Source Format Release Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to gather CI/CD requirements and evaluate current DevOps maturity.
- Define scalable Copado architecture aligned with enterprise release standards.
- Design, configure, and implement Copado Source Format repositories following Salesforce DX and modular development best practices.
- Drive version control strategies, branching models, code review processes, automated validations, and release governance standards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures, merge conflicts, metadata inconsistencies, and deployment challenges.
- Establish and enforce enterprise DevOps and release management practices across multiple teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams and junior DevOps engineers on Copado Source Format usage and release readiness.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure smooth release execution and alignment with organizational goals.
