Summary: The Senior Consultant for IT Operating Model Engagement will be responsible for designing and refining an enterprise IT Operating Model as part of a significant transformation program. This role emphasizes strategy, roadmaps, and advisory support while facilitating the scale-up of new digital capabilities across the organization. The position requires collaboration with various departments, including HR, Finance, Risk, and Legal. - Develop capability maps, roadmaps, governance structures, and service models.

Key Skills:

- Big 4 or top-tier consulting experience preferred.
