Role Description This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a full-time remote Senior Consultant position at Equi Consultancy Partners. The Consultant will provide strategic guidance to organisations on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, conduct assessments, and develop and implement tailored solutions to drive positive change. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about DEI and have a desire to contribute to building inclusive, empowering work environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct DEI assessments to evaluate client organisations' current state and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement tailored DEI strategies and initiatives that align with clients' organisational goals.
• Advise and guide clients on integrating DEI principles into their culture, policies, and practices.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations on DEI topics.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to monitor and evaluate DEI program effectiveness.
• Stay informed about the latest DEI trends, research, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure continued progress and alignment with DEI objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and address DEI challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex DEI concepts to diverse audiences.
• Project management experience, including successful delivery of DEI initiatives.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote work environment.
• Knowledge of DEI best practices and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with a wide range of organisations and industries.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Organisational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline).
