Summary: This role is for a full-time remote Senior Consultant at Equi Consultancy Partners, a global DEI consultancy firm. The Consultant will provide strategic guidance on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, conduct assessments, and develop tailored solutions for client organizations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct DEI assessments to evaluate client organisations' current state and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement tailored DEI strategies and initiatives that align with clients' organisational goals.
- Advise and guide clients on integrating DEI principles into their culture, policies, and practices.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations on DEI topics.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to monitor and evaluate DEI program effectiveness.
- Stay informed about the latest DEI trends, research, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure continued progress and alignment with DEI objectives.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and address DEI challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex DEI concepts to diverse audiences.
- Project management experience, including successful delivery of DEI initiatives.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of DEI best practices and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with a wide range of organisations and industries.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Organisational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline).
