Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of GxP Quality Assurance experience in biopharma, biotech, or medical devices, including 3+ years at Senior Manager or Director level.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform site audits, CRO governance, TMF management, and FDA BIMO inspections.
- Strong experience with Veeva Vault/eQMS/eTMF, 21 CFR Part 11 validation, and scaling cross-functional quality systems; Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field required.
Nice to Have Skills
- Advanced degree in a scientific or related field.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide quality system improvements and inspection readiness initiatives.
