Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake design reviews for Section 278 and Section 38 works.
- Deliver hands-on design work, including preparation and checking of CAD drawings.
- Use Causeway PDS and other relevant software to produce high-quality outputs.
- Liaise with, support, and delegate work to technicians and junior staff.
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to less experienced team members.
- Engage directly with clients, managing expectations and building strong professional relationships.
- Respond to project enquiries and work independently without day-to-day management.
Key Skills:
- 8 years minimum relevant civil engineering experience (12+ years ideal).
- Strong background in drainage and highways design.
