Work anywhere in the UK outside IR35, helping a major international business deliver a large-scale organisational and technology transformation.
You'll take ownership of change management, onboarding and in-sourcing, ensuring teams successfully transition into new roles and ways of working. You'll manage senior stakeholders, oversee knowledge transfer and vendor exits, and lead a blended onshore and offshore team.
You'll need strong experience delivering organisational change across large global programmes, particularly operating model transformations, in-sourcing and stakeholder management. A consulting background would be highly beneficial.
The contract runs until May 2027, working remotely from anywhere in the UK alongside an experienced team of consultants.
You must be available to start immediately or at short notice. We've listed London as a nominal location, but welcome applications from across the UK. £500-£600/day outside IR35.
