Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change initiatives, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide transformation programs and helping organizations successfully adopt new processes, technologies, and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses
- Create and implement communication and engagement plans
- Develop training and readiness programs
- Facilitate leadership alignment and executive communications
- Measure adoption, readiness, and organizational effectiveness

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing Organizational Change Management (OCM), Strategic Communications, and Leadership Consulting Services
- Minimum 3 years leading complex organizational change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience developing and executing change management strategies, communication plans, training plans, and adoption metrics
- Must possess one of the following recognized Change Management certifications: Prosci Change Management Certification, ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or equivalent Change Management Certification
