Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change initiatives, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide transformation programs and helping organizations successfully adopt new processes, technologies, and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses
  • Create and implement communication and engagement plans

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing Organizational Change Management (OCM), Strategic Communications, and Leadership Consulting Services
