Summary: We are looking for a Senior CAD / BIM Specialist to support a large-scale facilities and real estate project, focusing on as-built drawings and Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of facility documentation. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with potential hybrid options for candidates in the DC Metro area. The position is contract-based with opportunities for extension beyond six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain as-built drawings for facilities and infrastructure
- Review and interpret blueprints, floorplans, and engineering drawings
- Work extensively with AutoCAD and Autodesk tools
- Support BIM workflows and documentation standards
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of facility documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and project teams

Key Skills:
