Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior C++ Trading Software Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance trading systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong C++ programming skills and experience working with financial markets, trading platforms, or low-latency systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading applications using C++.
- Build and optimize low-latency, high-throughput trading systems.
- Develop market data processing, order management, and execution components.
- Work closely with traders, quantitative developers, and technology teams.
- Analyze and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Implement robust, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.
- Monitor and improve system latency, reliability, and overall performance.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in C++, preferably C++11/14/17 or newer.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and STL.
- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience with networking, TCP/IP, sockets, or distributed systems.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Trading / Financial Markets Experience
- Experience with electronic trading, capital markets, or financial technology.
- Understanding of market data, order books, order execution, and trading workflows.
- Experience with exchange connectivity or trading protocols such as FIX is preferred.
- Knowledge of low-latency/high-frequency trading environments is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with low-latency or high-performance computing.
- Knowledge of Python or scripting languages.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with exchange APIs and market data feeds.
- Experience with profiling and performance-analysis tools.
