Senior Business Systems Analyst (PeopleSoft HCM) - Enterprise Integration

Required Experience

• Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a large and complex enterprise environment.
• Senior-level business systems analysis experience with requirements, functional design, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise integrations and cross-functional business processes.
• Experience documenting interface requirements, data mappings, reconciliations, error handling, and testing outcomes.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues using SQL and functional analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on functional experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, REST and SOAP web services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft-to-cloud integrations and modernization initiatives.
• Experience with Excel to CI, Component Interfaces, data conversions, and mass data loads.
• Experience with PeopleSoft security, Approval Workflow Engine, and General Ledger or payroll accounting interfaces.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools.
• Experience with UCPath or another large enterprise HR and payroll implementation.
